I bought an eBook by mistake. Can I get a refund?
If you haven’t clicked the ”Download” button or opened the file in our web reader yet, yes! Just email us within 24 hours of the purchase. Once a digital file is downloaded, however, we are unable to pull it back, so it becomes non-refundable.
My physical book arrived with a dented corner. What should I do?
We hate it when books get ”battle scars” in the mail! Please take a quick photo of the damage and the packaging and email it to us within 48 hours. We’ll send you a pristine replacement copy immediately, or if you prefer to keep the copy, we can offer a partial store credit for the trouble.
How do I return a physical book if I just changed my mind?
You have 14 days to return a book if you decide it’s not for you. The book must be in ”like-new” condition (no cracked spines or coffee stains!). Simply email us for the return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
I can’t open my eBook on my Kindle/eReader. Can you help?
Absolutely! Before asking for a refund, reach out to our technical support. Most ”file errors” are actually just simple settings issues. If we can’t get the book working on your compatible device within 7 days, we will issue a full refund.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged. Can I get my money back?
We generally don’t offer refunds for subscription renewals once they’ve processed. However, if you haven’t used any of your monthly credits or downloaded any ”Member Only” books for the new month, reach out to us within 48 hours of the charge and we’ll see if we can make an exception.
How long does it take to see the money back in my bank account?
Once we approve your refund, it’s out of our hands and in your bank’s! It typically takes 5–10 business days for banks to process the transaction and show the credit on your statement.
Can I return a book that I bought on sale?
Items marked as ”Final Sale” or ”Clearance” are offered at a deep discount and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
